Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven salesperson to join our team. As a CAS, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments for internal and external clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our products/services.

• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.

• Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments scheduled.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continued engagement and interest.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize conversion rates.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to better understand client needs and preferences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
